Second Offense is Fine + $65 Fee.
Third Offense is a Fine + $130 Fee.
Fourth Offense is Fine + $195 Fee.
Fifth Offense is Fine + $260 Fee.
Sixth Offense is a Fine + $100 Tow Fee + Tow Company Fee.
*Boots may be used if non-payment of Fines & Fees occurs at 3rd Offense and beyond.
*Tows may be implemented if violation creates a hazard or the space is immediately needed and the driver is unreachable.
